Parsimony

Parsimony is a criterion of least work/cost/harm, applied in decision-making processes. Natural law seems to suggest that a high degree of emphasis on parsimony leads to the greatest productivity in such processes and the greatest efficiencies in outcomes. Parsimony seems to be most valuable applied to developing strategies for meeting universal needs.
